Locus:7784:027 is the hard mud-brick surface constituting the lower packing of floor Locus:7784:016 .Similar material has previously been observed in connection with the second phase walls of wall Locus:7784:025 , Locus:7784:022 , Locus:7784:023 and Locus:7784:024 , as well as along the south face of wall Locus:7884:003 . Another possibility is that the reddish matter represents the fill or collapse of another series of tower-rooms buried beneath.
